School Threats

Last Thursday somebody wrote in the bathroom that they were going to shoot people in my school today. So today as we were pulling into to parking lot, the buses were check by police, there were cops scouring the halls, and nobody was aloud to go out on a pass.
It was very scary. There was only 75% attendance today. During 3rd hour, the girl fessed up saying she just wanted some attention and didn't want to hurt anybody. She was suspended and arrested immediatly.

Has your school ever been under a threat? How did it turn out?

Do you believe that some people only do this because they feel like they are unwanted and they want people to know who they are?

In 8th grade we had 4 bomb threats, 1 where we had to leave the school. And after that we couldn't leave without a pass, you couldn't goto the bathroom between class, we couldn't wear baggy pants, the list of rules they added went on and on.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.

In my fourth grade class, we had a bomb threat and were out side of the school and school yard for the whole day.  Of course i was simple minded at that time and didn't take it as a real threat.  That whole day my friends and i just kicked back at her place because she lived right next to the school.  With the whole panic, she, my other friend and i werent even noticed.  Talk about great security    .

2nd grade, bomb threat.
4th grade, robbery at a local bank.
6th grade, numerous murder threats, window breaking, and attempts to burn down the bathroom.

Being homeschooled, the biggest threat is being grounded.
Mr. Krabs: Do you smell it..that smell...a kind of smelly smell...a smelly smell that smells smelly. Anchovies.
Squidward: What?
Mr. Krabs: ANCHOVIES!
Anchovies: MEEP, MEEP, MEEP.

I probably won't be on here too much being in college and all. I will try to pop on every once in a while though to share my thoughts.

Last year was a big year for my school. We got like a dozen bomb threats. When they found the girl that did it all they basically did was send ehr to ALT ED for a few months then let her back in the school. Also some Mexican kid threatened to shoot up the school in the name of Satan or some stupid junk. And I go to a small school too... that was very unusual for us.

A couple of months ago the highschool where I went for a bit had a threat written on the girls bathroom that said a school shotting was going to happen on such and such date. When that day came they had cops and the school was basically in lock down. You couldnt go anywhere without seeing cops. My friend said it was scary. Its sad that you cant even go to school now feeling safe.

Some idiot light a locker on fire earlier this school year. We had to go outside, and then when we came back in, we had to stay in 5th hour instead of going to 6th.

Wow, a lot of you northern kids call them "hours". We always called them "periods". 2nd period, 3rd period...etc...etc...

last week the school caught fire when some stupid year 10 boys set fire to one of the toilets...but it's happened plenty of times before.
We had another fire this morning.
We just get used to it.
