Like Sponge Bob? Our small city is building our first public park this week and have decided to paint a mural on the pump house walls. The park is being built by an international group of volunteers who have travelled around the world to help on this project during the last 2 weeks of August. One of the volunteers from Japan suggested the Sponge Bob art be painted on the side of the building. Therefore...
Would you like to submit a mural suggestion for the building? If so, here are the dimensions: rear wall (facing park) is 21 ft 6 in wide and 8 ft tall. The mural can wrap around to the side wall (not as visible), which is 12 ft 8 in and 8 ft tall.
Please submit a drawing IN THIS FORUM so others may review and comment on them as well. The drawing should be as close to scale as possible.
Drawings will be reviewed by the volunteer group and city administrators. All comments and suggestions are welcome. The winning suggestion, if there is one, will be given recognition and credit for the design. The artist's name will be painted on the mural, along with forum nickname and the spongezone.net web address.
Note: This park is public and intended for children. Profane suggestions and drawings will not be considered at all.
