As I was listening to "Adventure in Odessey" today, the episode today was about friendship and your best friends. Well, during the episode, I was thinking about my best friends and the promises we made...which comes to my question for this thread:

How long have you been friends with your best friend? What kind of promises did you make with each other?

I've been best friends with Jordan for...at least 6 years now. But I've known her for a lot longer. We've made tons of promises...and even though I've moved we still keep in touch all the time. We call each other and talk about our day, what's been happening...just the normal haps.

Well my bestest friend is Dezerae.. we've only known eachother for a year. But my best friend is Alishia.. we've known eachother for 5 years.

I got 2 best friends...

1. Aaron: known him since pre-school. We do all sorts of stuff and its off da hook. We havent done a lot of stuff in a while but we still talk a lot.
2. Brandon: known him since 2nd grade. Everytime he comes to town, we do anything and everything in one day.

Bobby-Known eachother since kindergarten, and so far he his the only friend I have never fought with.

I have a few close friends but out of those my best friends are Adrien and Roger. We always do swell stuff together. We got most of our classes together this year, so that's awesome.

Ive known my friend Matthew since grade 1, we were best friends for a long time. Were still friends, but not as good friends.
And my best Alesha and I have been friends since Grade 6, which is about 3 years.

My best friend Carlo-we have been best friends for about 3-4 years
My best friend Eddy-(who I think is mad at me)he won't talk to me) :sad:
we have been best friends for about 3-4 years too!
my best friend Hannah-we have ben best friends for about 2-3 years!

whatever we hear about each other we must tell each other no matter what it is we tell each other!
If we ::Dolphin Noise::ed each other off like tell a secret we tell another person they're secrets!

My dear old Compy.... we've been friends since around 1995 or so, but we've only become bestest friends after some time in 2000. And now we can't be seperated... maybe it would be for the best if we didn't see each other as much as we do, but I can't help it.... I think I am in love with it....

We havn't gone a single day without talking. We've been best friends since the day we met and have alot of stuff in common and we talk for hours everyday.

Bilmer- We have been bestfriends since two yearsold. Met in manners school. :biggrin:
Aga- Have known eachother since I was eight and she was twelve, but we hated eachother until she stopped riding my pony. I was a selfish spoiled brat.... but she was too big for my pony. :biggrin:

I have two

Andrew is my best friend. I see him at least once a week. We always go to the movies. I've known him for three years, but he was a jerk the first year. I always thought Andrew felt the same way, but apparently not. . .:-/

Michael is more than a best friend to me. I've known him close to 14 years, ever since he was born. We've never not been friends and I can tell him anything without him telling someone else. To me, he's the greatest person on this planet. We've always been there for each other. Whenever we argue or fight verbally, not more than four seconds later do we have a good time and laugh again...now that's a friendship.

I have only 2 classes with hannah this year last year I had like evry single classes with her!
I have only 2 classes with carlo this year and last year I had like every single class with him
I have only 1 class with eddy this year last year I had no classes with him(he was on a driffent team than me,hannah,and carlo)!

Ashley and Amber are twins, and next month i'll have known them for 10 years. We did everything together when we were little, and we still do a lot together now.

Matt, I've known for 10 years as well. I love that kid. we were inseperable from kindergarten- third grade. and then i moved. we still talk all the time.

Sam, i've known for... like, 6 years. she's so awesome, i love that girl to death.

Then there's Chelsea, who i havent even known for a year, but we tell each other anything. and if someone says something about the other, we'll go out of our way to tell them as soon as we hear it.

I'm like friends with more guys than girls because I'm not the type of girl that likes to talk about what color lip gloss ur wearing I like to talk about mainly rock music!
so u know I am friends with like alot of guys and girls and at our skool we have like these days named other than the days of the week!like frieday is slap a** firday,ect. and like everyday we give like everyone we know a hug and we have to count the # of hugs we get!It's kinda like a game!
anyways I'm friends with this guy named Rocky and all this week he has been giving me hugs!
then like yesterday he started touching my a** and chest(yes I have a big chest) he slaps my a** and then touches my chest it is sooooo nasty!
and ofcourse I slapp him!

I'm not one who really believes in such a thing as "too much information", but that usually only holds true in places that DON'T have people under the age of thirteen.

Also, it's commonly known here as "a$$ tag", and I play it a lot.

I had lots of close friends in high school, now we are all moving in with our boyfriends, have full time jobs, etc...I hardly ever see them anymore, it's sad :sad: .

I've been really good friends with my boyfriends friends for over a year now, I met them all through another friend and then my boyfriend and I started going out, and of course I stayed friends with them all. I get along really well with one of them called Scotty, he is the most awesome person alive! He makes me laugh so much! But my boyfriend is definitely my bestest friend, as corny as that seems...

sometimes I feel like I'm always bringing him up, but we are hardly ever apart, and I care about him more than anything, so I apologise if me bringing him up often annoys anyone :blush: .

I've been friends with a guy named Eric for about 5 years, but now hes kind of annoying and is moving away, so I dont think that well be that good friends.

I've been friends with: Dude, Alex, Danny, Jack, Amanda, and Lindsay for about 2 years now.
