That's because they get caught... you see, white people get away with a lot. That is why their crimes are much worse. Crimes progressively get worse over time. Black people are caught before they can get worse. Same with Hispanics. Darker looking people are unfortunately the suspects in most crimes... I mean, look at Jeffrey Dahmer? Does he look like a Serial Necro-Cannibal to you?

Its funny. I've been living in this country for almost 17 years and I've never heard about a prohibition on the amount of children a couple is allowed to have.
