ima explain sumthin.  myspace iz sumthin like the 2nd most popular website on the internet now, with only one site getting more hitz.  myspace workz in close connection with local and federal authoritiez on a constant basis to help prevent dumbass little kidz from becoming targeted.  to sit there and say that myspace.com iz soley responsible for kidz who shouldnt be on the site in the first place iz straight ignorant.  my brother workz for myspace, i've gone to the myspace building in santa monica and i've watched people just go through hundredz of profilez, to get rid of thingz like underaged kidz, illegal material, and the like.  so if you wanna point fingerz at sumone, point 'em at the parentz who should be keepin a better watch on their kidz anyway.

look at it this way.  aim isn't exactly new, right?  and you don't see crimes relating to aim.  but it myspace's short period of existence, it has already had MANY myspace related crimes.  and its not even been around that long.  anyway, the whole point of aim is to talk to people, sure you can post stuff about yourself.  But the whole point is to chat.  Wheras with myspace, the whole point is to talk about yourself.  sure, you can talk to people.  but why else would it be called "myspace?"

You know, you are much more likely to be victimized on a children's website then myspace.com? Such as oh... I dunno... a SPONGEBOB WEBSITE maybe? Do you know how many sickos and perverts are on websites designed for children? See, with myspace you can choose to keep your information private and keep out any people you don't know, whereas in a website forum or chatroom it is so much more easy to be victimized. You don't like myspace, that is cool. But remember there are people like myself who do like myspace so quit ruining it for them and keep your opinions to yourself.
