Topic: Lan connection help

All right, I'm on my computer that has a direct connection to the internet, no wireless anything, and today it gave a pop up message saying it had limited or no connectivity to the internet. I double click that, local area connection status comes up and i hit repair and it says it couldn't renew the i p address. I'm running x p service pack 2. Any help is appreciated, and i can't get on the internet until then. Thanks

who's your internet provides?

They're local, Bay Broadband. I had to call them and they're going to have to come unfortunately.
