Grand Theft Auto: London Remake?

I heard a rumour on some gaming forums that Rockstar are planning on a PS3 and X360 remake of GTA: London, my question here is....is this true? OR a load of hooflah?
I think it's true...but then again, I am quite gullable when it comes to GTA games.

They might make a game that takes place in Londen, but they'll give it a different name. My guess is it's like the Sin City rumor, Rockstar throwing up smoke and mirrors, for the next GTA after GTA 4.
