Topic: Road Trip

This is a story about when spongebob and patrick go on a road trip to shell city. My family loved it!!! I am only going to post the first chapter and if you guys like it i will continue to post the story. Okay ?

                   Chapter 1

        " Todays the day "said spongebob. '' Today I'm going to get my drivers license and go on a road trip with patrick!". " I can hardly wait!" yelled patrick.  " Just think " said spongebob," In 45 minutes I'll be geting my license!". " Boating exam, you're going down!"

        (45 minutes later) " I'm so sorry Miss Puff!" spongebob said blubbering, " I didn't mean to slam on the brakes and send you flying in the air and land in Goo Lagoon!". " Its okay spongebob" miss puff said, " Its not your fault". " Really?" asked spongebob. " Of course it was!" screamed miss puff.

Just then an ambulance came and took miss puff away. Sadly, spongebob went home. " Great" thought spongebob," Now I have to cancel the trip an patrick will be so sad". When spongebob got home, he saw patrick with a suitcase. " Well lets see that license" said patrick. " Sorry patrick, I failed my test....again" said spongebob.

" Thats okay " said patrick," Good thing I passed when I was a teenager". "What did you say?" asked spongebob. " I said I passed the boating exam when I was a teenager" said patrick. " Yahoo!" yelld spongebob, " Shell City here we come!".

                    Chapter 2


     "I can't believe that you passed the test before
I did" said Spongebob.  "Why didn't you tell me?"
"I forgot" said Patrick.  "Well, that doesn't matter
because we are going on a road trip to Shell City!"
cried Spongebob.  "Yeahhhhhh!" cried Patrick.

     "Okay, first things first, did you pack?" asked
Spongebob.  "Yeah,"said Patrick.  "Well, what did
you pack?" asked Spongebob.  "Well, I packed a
toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, underwear, clothes,
comb, a map, a tv, a radio and most importantly, my
jellyfish net!"  "Alright, Patrick" said Spongebob.
"Hey Spongebob,"said Patrick, "Did you pack yet?"
"No silly, I just got home" said Spongebob.  "Well
come on!" said Patrick eagerly.  "Patrick, here is
the plan, tonight you will sleep at my house and
then we will leave in the morning," said Spongebob.
"Okay,"said Patrick.

     That night, Spongebob packed, while Patrick
watched movies and played games until 9pm.  "Time
for bed"said Spongebob to Patrick, who was already
asleep.  So, since Patrick was asleep in the living
room, Spongebob slept there too.  "Goodnight
Patrick," said Spongebob.  Sleepily Patrick said
"Good night Spongebob". Soon they were both fast
asleep.

Chapter 3


 
                       Chapter 3


     "Rise and shine sleepyhead!" Spongebob whisp-
ered into Patricks ear.  "Todays the big day!"  Then
Spongebob said "What do you want for breakfast?"
"Eggs, bacon, toast, and more bacon," replied Pat-
rick who was now up and dressed.  "Okay," said
Spongebob as he got the stuff.  "What time is it?"
asked Patrick.  "Ten o'clock on the dot" said Sponge-
bob.  "When are we leaving?" asked Patrick.  "UMM,
maybe at eleven" said Spongebob.  "Okay," said
Patrick.

     So, after breakfast Spongebob filled Garys' food
dish with water and snail nip.  "Now you be a good
snail while I am gone" said Spongebob.  "Meow" said
Gary.  Spongebob made sure he had clothes and that
Patrick made sure that he had his license.  Finally when
it was eleven o'clock, Spongebob heard Patrick yell,
"Come on!"  "Coming" Spongebob replied.  When
Spongebob finished locking his door, he turned around
and saw Patrick in a white brand new car!!  Spongebob
was speechless!!  "Now," said Patrick, "If we are going
on a roadtrip, we are traveling in STYLE!"  "Yeah!"
screamed Spongebob as he jumped into the car.  Patrick
started the car and they were finally off to Shell City!



 Just so you know in some of the chapters there are misspelled words!!1

                       Chapter 4


     "Hey Spongebob" said Patrick, "How many days
do you think we will be gone?"  "Maybe nine or ten,"
said Spongebob.  "WOW!" said Patrick. "Ten days
without doing laundry....Cool!"  Spongebob giggled.
"Hey Pat, don't you think we should go say goodbye
to our friends before we go?"  "Sure" said Patrick.

     So, they said goodbye to Sandy, Squidward,
Mr. Krabs and all of their other friends.  After an
hour or so, they reached the sign saying "You are
now leaving Bikini Bottom".  "Yeah!" they both
screamed.  Then they saw another sign that read
"Shell City, 1,500 miles".  "Wow, thats a long way,"
said Patrick.  "We can do it!" said Spongebob.  So,
they drove on and on and on and on until Patrick
got hungry.  Since he was hungry, they pulled into
"Splish Splash Bar and Grill".  Patrick ordered a
double deluxe cheeseburger and a Dr. Kelp and
Spongebob ordered a small salad and a glass of
water.

     "Yum" Patrick said.  "You betcha" said Sponge-
bob.  After they ate it was 7:00 p.m.  "Hey", said
Spongebob, "How about the next hotel that we
see that will be the place that we sleep at tonight?"
"Okay" said Patrick.  After a while they drove into the
Barnacles Inn.  They got a room and went to bed.
"Hey Spongebob" said Patrick.  "How many miles
did we drive today?"  "Maybe fifty" said Spongebob.
"Goodnight" said Spongebob.  "Goodnight" said
Patrick.

                    Chapter 5

     "Come on Patrick, get up!" yelled Spongebob.
"It's 9:00 a.m. and your not even out of be yet!"
"I'm coming" said Patrick sleepily.  "We should be
on the road by 10:00 a.m. okay?" said Spongebob.
"Okay" said Patrick.  After they checked out, Patrick
complained about breakfast.  "When are we going
to eat?" he asked.  "After a while" said Spongebob.

    Once they were on the road, Spongebob said
they could stop at the next diner.  After they ate
breakfast, they went back on the road.  The road
wasn't crowded, but it wasn't empty either.  After
about two hours they pulled into Sam's Hot and
Juicy Hamburgers.  They both got two hamburgers
and a soda.  Then they were back on the road again.

     "Hey Patrick" said Spongebob.  "How did you pass
Miss Puffs' boating exam?"  "Well I didn't go to Miss
Puffs' boating school in the first place" said Patrick.
When it was five o'clock, Spongebob and Patrick
checked into a hotel.  Then they went to the store
and bought some chew toys for Gary and a rubber
ducky.  Then they went back to the hotel and went to
bed.

                    Chapter 5

     "Come on Patrick, get up!" yelled Spongebob.
"It's 9:00 a.m. and your not even out of be yet!"
"I'm coming" said Patrick sleepily.  "We should be
on the road by 10:00 a.m. okay?" said Spongebob.
"Okay" said Patrick.  After they checked out, Patrick

checked into a hotel.  Then they went to the store
and bought some chew toys for Gary and a rubber
ducky.  Then they went back to the hotel and went to
bed.

                  Chapter 7

     "Spongebob," said Patrick, "Are we really here?"
"Yes," said Spongebob.  "Yahoo!" yelled Patrick.
Just then they entered two golden gates saying
"Welcome To Shell City".  As they drove in, they
saw buildings, lights, bars, resorts and so much
more!  "Wow!" Spongebob and Patrick said in
wonder.  "What should we do first?" Patrick said.
"Lets get a hotel" said Spongebob.  When they
went to look for a hotel, they realized that there
were too many to choose from.

     "Lets get the Fish Fins Royal Plaza" said
Patrick.  "Okay," said Spongebob.  After they
checked in, they looked at their hotel room.  The
sink was made out of gold!! Their beds were made
out of silver!  "This is too much" said Patrick.  "I
know" said Spongebob.  Before they knew it, it
was suppertime.

     "Where do you want to eat?" asked Spongebob.
"Lets eat at the Burger Blaze" said Patrick.  Sponge-
Bob got a hamburger and Patrick got a chili fry hotdog.
After supper, they went to go look at the sights.  They
saw Old Fishful and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Then they went back to their hotel room and went to
bed.

                   Chapter 8

     The next morning, Spongebob and Patrick
wre on the road by 9:30 a.m.  "Hey Patrick" said
Spongebob. "Where do you want to eat?"  "I
don't know" said Patrick.  "Well think!" said
Spongebob.  "We don't want to kill time!"
"Okay, lets eat at that diner we passed before we
got to the Burger Blaze"  "Fine" said Spongebob.

     After they ate, they went and saw a movie.  The
movie they went to was called "Fishermen are Evil"
After the movie, they went to a jellyfishing convention.
There they bought jellyfishing hats, gloves, glasses,
jars, nets and bait.  After the convention, it was 11:30,
so they went and had lunch.

     After lunch they went to see King Neptune the
undersea ruler!  But the only way they could get in is
if they put on costumes and made the king laugh!
At first Spongebob didn't want to, but Patrick wanted
to so bad!  So they dressed up as hula girls and made
the king laugh.... a lot!  After embarassing themselves
completely, Spongebob and Patrick went to their hotel
watched t.v. and then went to bed.

                  Chapter 9

     The next morning, Spongebob and Patrick got
up at 10:54!!!  "What!" yelled Spongebob, "The
alarm clock was supposed to get me up at 9:00!"
"Oh, well" said Patrick, "We are on a vacation, it
doesn't matter".  "Your right" said Spongebob.
 
     After they were dressed and on the road, they
had lunch.  They both had a sandwich with ham,
lettuce and mayonnaise.  "Yum!" said Patrick.
After lunch, they just went bumming around. They
 looked at shoes, clothes, gasoline, toys and other
stuff.  Then they went to the park.  There they went
swimming, they fished, and had a picnic.  "I wish
we could live here" said Patrick.  "I do too" said
Spongebob.

     After a while they went to the zoo.  They saw
seahorses, sea bears, and other sea animals.  "Hey
Patrick" said Spongebob, "How about tomorrow
morning we leave?"  "Okay," said Patrick, "I'm kinda
getting homesick myself".  After they had supper, they
went back to their hotel room and went to bed.

                    Chapter 10


     "Time to get up Patrick" yelled Spongebob.
"Today is the day we go home".  "Already?"
asked Patrick.  "Yes, already" said Spongebob.

     After they checked out of their hotel, they
went to go get gasoline.  After that they drove on,
and on, and on, and on until they reached the two
golden gates again.  After they passed the gates,
they saw a sign saying "Bikini Bottom--1,500 miles"

     "Wow!" said Patrick.  "Hey Spongebob," said
Patrick, "Do you think that this Krusty Krab coupon                                                                    I'm using as a drivers license is going to expire before
we get home?"  "WHAT?" yelled Spongebob.  It
was going to be a long trip home.

                           THE END

     The next morning, Spongebob and Patrick
were on the road by 10:30 a.m.  "Hey Spongebob,"
said Patrick, "How many miles did we go yesterday?"
"About another fifty" said Spongebob.  "So, how
many more miles do we have to go?" asked Patrick.
"UMMMMMMMM... about 1,400 more miles" said
Spongebob.  "Wow!" said Patrick.  At lunchtime
they stopped at the Shark Bait Restaurant.  After
lunch they drove and drove and drove.  They drove
until they both got hungry again.  So after they ate
supper, they drove some more.  

     "I wish we were there"said Patrick.  "So do I"
said Spongebob.  Finally at 11:00 p.m. they checked
into a hotel and went to bed.  That was their same
schedule for the rest of their trip.  Finally after four
days of driving and sleeping, Spongebob found the
sign that said "Shell City--50 miles" "Yahoo!" said
Spongebob.  "Spongebob," said Patrick, "Let's just
drive there without stopping!"  "Okay," said Sponge-
bob.  So soon they drove ten miles, then twenty miles,
then thirty miles, forty miles and then finally fifty miles!
Then they reached the sign saying "You are now
entering Shell City"!  "We're here!" screamed Sponge-bob!



                  Chapter 9

     The next morning, Spongebob and Patrick got
up at 10:54!!!  "What!" yelled Spongebob, "The

That was good. Im gonna finish reading 'em all later. You skipped CH. 6. Were it was suppose to be was Chapter 5 again. But, yeah, what I have read so far, is great.
