There are these books called a series of unfortunate events. there by lemony snicket. there are 10 out now. i have read all 10. but lemony said that theres gonna be 13!!! :biggrin: the books are about 3 children. bad stuff always happens to them!

I've read those. Their making a movie for them. I bet it'll be bad. The commercial looked kind of stupid.

didnt I make a topic about this a while ago?

anyway

yes, they are my favourite series, top of the line, love them

they are great, the only problem is that I am in the UK so the books come out here a month or two later than when they do in the USA

so I am geting the 11th "the grim grotto" in october

I cant wait

there are rumors of the 12th and 13th titles

12th the tumbling tower

and 13th the fatle finnish

anyway, for thouse who dont know what it is then find out, its a great series

for thouse who have read the series heres a question

do you think that the fat person that helped count olaf befor he died in the fire of helmich hospitle in book 8 was a man or a woman?

I don't really like reading. ( admits) I've heard of these books though and seen them before and saw the preview of the movie.

they are going to combine the first 3 books for the 1st movie

the 2nd 3 for the 2nd

the 3rd 3 for the 3rd

the 4th 3 for the 4th

and the 13th book will make one big movie


the only thing I am disapointed with the movie about is that they didnt give klause his glasses in them

other than that it dosnt seem to bad

and its probably coming out some time near christmas or thanksgiving for you

though probably months after you for us

my sister likes these books. they are okay. i remember on a car ride we listened to like 5 of them on tape. kinda miserable in my opinion b/c they always get stuck in the same situation and theres never a good ending
