Patrick said he heard "annoying footsteps" That must mean Spongebob. Since I can't tell if the Patty was stolen then, I can't say if it was the Sponge or Squilliam. Squilliam was at Sandy's (I think) AFTER Patrick sat for a while. I think it was Squilliam.
