1) You can only RP as a Dragonball/Z/GT character.
2) You CAN RP as your dragonball/Z/GT fan character.
3) Only ONE character per person.
4) No single being controls the dragon Shenron, EVERYONE does!
(just don't kill him)
5) No 'being the bad guy'....I am the only 'bad guy' in this RPG.
6) No god-modding...meaning killing someone in one go, taking over another character who is owned by someone else, killing that character or beating the character up without the owners permission.

Planet/Realm Of Origin: Fusion Realm, Gotenks head, Gotenks feelings.
