What do you guys use to make banners and art so cool-looking? MS Paint stinks. It stinks even more when you convert them to jpeg format.

PhotoShop is really exspensive, 600 dollars. I got it another way. :-D

Get PhotoShop Elements 2.0. It is a lot cheaper.

EDIT: After Downloading it:

Great Googly Goop! That's confusing! I'll have to figure it out tomorrow or something. It looks good, though. I just don't understand it.
