Has anyone seen it?If u haven't I recomend seeing it.Great movie about a guy(john Cusack)who owns a viynal record store in the late 90's.A time when cd's are coming out and is store isn't doing the best it can.Its about his two friends that work there(one of them is Jack Black)and how they are getting thier own lives and are thinking about quiting the store. Its also about the main chacters life in the past and his previous gf's and things with his family.Great great movie.

Right because Barnyard was much better than The Fugitive, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Star Wars Trilogy, American Graffiti, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, THX-1138, The Indiana Jones Trilogy, Jaws, Ghostbusters, The Goonies, The GodFather Trilogy, Scarface, The Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Beetle Juice, and Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure just to name a few out of the hundreds of excellent, pre-2001 films.

Title: Re: High Fidelity

i was little :(

I was like...6 when Jurassic Park came out...and I think its the greatest movie ever.
I can't remember how young I was when I saw Star Wars...but it was awsome then and it is awsome now.

It doesn't matter how old you where, Star Wars is a movie constantly talked about...so saying you've never heard of it is a load of rubbish.
Same goes for Back To The Future, those movies rock.

I saw Jurrasic Park when I was 6 too :)
I saw Empire Strikes Back at it's theatrical re-release and I was really little then. Which is why of course, I only remember seeing a few parts on the big screen. I saw Back to the Future like 3 years ago. One of the best trilogies ever. I saw Ghostbusters probubly when I was 5 or 6. However, a lot of those movies I just recentlly saw, almost evey movie I listed was and still is popular, and you should at least know the titles.

And seeing as Revenge of the Sith just came out last summer, I highly doubt you have ever not heard of Star Wars.

I haven't seen a few movies on the list, but I've heard of em.

But it is quite out of the ordinary to have not watched 1/4th of those movies.

I'd ask you how old you are, but I'm not supposed to ask unless it's in your profile....

Just as an example, my little bro is 9, and he's already seen:

All 6 Star Wars movies
The Indiana Jones Trilogy
Jaws
5 out of 8 Friday the 13th movies
Ghostbusters 1 and 2
The Goonies
The Godfather 1 and 2
Back to the Future Trilogy
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Beetle Juice
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

Maybe Godfather was a bit overkill for his age, but hon...you gotta atleast watch a few of those. I'd say half of them are rated PG, so you can rent them the next time you head out.

And go watch Nightmare Before Christmas on youtube. NOW.

Star Wars 1-6
Lord of the Rings (All 3!)
Nightmare before christmas
Harry Potter (ALL 4!!!!!!!)
Alladin(In case you haven't seen it already)
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (The Disney version. The movies that actually stick to the book make me emo... Sad ending.)
Beauty and The Beast(One of the best movies.... EVER!)
The GodFather
Star Trek(This show owns. Watch it when it comes on TV land in October.)
Garfield(You can rent this extinct show from a rental store)
Thundercats
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure(THIS MOVIE ROCKS.)
Napoleon Dynamite

Psst....Napoleon Dynamite and The Fellowship were God awful. However you do need to see Lord of Rings because I have heard Return of the King is excellent. Don't watchNapoleon Dynamite. It is a disgrace to comedy, and I love random and stupid, pointless humour. Everything else I suggest you see (Except Star Trek Enterprise, but all the other Star Treks are golden as well as some of the films)

The Fellowship sucked. The Fellowship Book Sucked. While I am it, The Hobbit Sucked As well. Those three horrific expierences lead me to never want to read or see the other two, nor read the many follow-ups.
