The site has been converted to use PHP instead of iframes, thanks to Winbindd. It should work perfectly, but post in this thread if you run into problems.
I'm going to be making an entirely new layout to go along with the changes. I have to write my college applications, so it may take a while...
-
YAY! Cmonkey have a good luck appying.
-
Go.... ME!
-
Cool....... new layout
-
Ug... college apps are not the most fun things in the world. I look forward to when they're over with and i can reclaim my long-lost social life. Anyways, i sympathize with you man, but for goodness sake, get on them! You know it's bad when i've gotten a little more done than you have.
-
Much nicer! Just fix the road to SpongeBob's house on the left
You can use this image so it doesnt look repetitive: (http://img1.uploadimages.net/349585usethis.png)
-
... There's no visible difference yet... because I haven't changed the look yet. All of the changes so far have been under the hood.
-
Only difference I see is the url.
-
No the URL is the same for me.

good, PHP is way better than Iframes, you can do more stuffs.

The site has been converted to use PHP instead of iframes
What does that mean?
It means that instead of having a file for each page you go to, the files are created automatically.
Think of it like this: Everytime you write a paper, or draw a picture on your computer, you save them as a seperate file. This way, Your creating lots of pictures and papers, but saving them as one file that is intelligent about how it opens each one..
That may be a tricky explanation, but its easier than not knowing at all.
Cheers,
~Winbindd

Self-referentially short for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, an open source, server-side, HTML embedded scripting language used to create dynamic Web pages.
In an HTML document, PHP script (similar syntax to that of Perl or C ) is enclosed within special PHP tags. Because PHP is embedded within tags, the author can jump between HTML and PHP (similar to ASP and Cold Fusion) instead of having to rely on heavy amounts of code to output HTML. And, because PHP is executed on the server, the client cannot view the PHP code.
PHP can perform any task that any CGI program can do, but its strength lies in its compatibility with many types of databases. Also, PHP can talk across networks using IMAP, SNMP, NNTP, POP3, or HTTP.
PHP was created sometime in 1994 by Rasmus Lerdorf. During mid 1997, PHP development entered the hands of other contributors. Two of them, Zeev Suraski and Andi Gutmans, rewrote the parser from scratch to create PHP version 3 (PHP3).

Yay new layout. I hope it's a darker color, light blue is hard on my eyes.
-
Ya...w00t! a new layout.
(Not that the one right now is bad or anything).
-
What was wrong with iFrames? Don't get me wrong...PHP is cool too but iFrames are also good to use.
Also, the road on the left is like...weird looking when you scroll down
-
Sweet deal...good luck on the applications, cmonkey. Can't wait to see the new site.

No, because it's too much money.
