The fact that IE has had less security threats than Firefox in the past few months makes IE more secure? Symantec needs to do some research. IE has had 1000's of security flaws. This topic should be named 'IE has had less exploits than FF in past 6 months'

i can't imagine symantec, which is the pinnacle of everything virus, messing up a report. but they have been wrong be4 :P

They arent wrong as far as the number of exploits in the past few months, but basing a conclusion on the past 6 months instead of overall is EXTREMELY misleading.
