1)Print Screen button
2)Photoshop or Paint
3)imageshack.us

If it's too big to fit the width of the screen you may need to put the link or a thumbnail

No offence but I don't think you should use imageshack, it is so slow. Use http://www.uploadimages.net (http://www.uploadimages.net), it is much faster for me.

The servers are super slow and www.uploadimages.net is just as easy to use.

UploadImages is very slow, so I dont know what your talking about. Takes me 2 minutes to upload 70kb there, as opposed to 5 seconds on ImageShack.
