Title: Talking to yourself
Post by: Chongster on July 10, 2005, 08:32:51 am: I was sitting in my car driving to my mates the other week, and realised i was sitting there talking to myself about absoloutly nothing! and since then i've noticed i do it all the time! i cant help it, i just start off and realise half way through a conversation!

its probably the first sign towards madness for me!

Does anyone else randomly talk to themselvs?

That includes walls, furniture, stuffed animals, and basically everything. I remember specifically talking to my bowling ball telling it to get strikes or something. Oh yeah and you can't forget the imaginary friends.

I'de rather not discuss that though, you'd all laugh at me like the others.

I can have a debate with my dog... I swear she understands what I am saying and talks backs (with her eyes, jeez Im not that crazy). I can have a better conversation with her then I can with most people. Humans just don't hold my attention for long.

But whats really fun is when I talk for my animals yea it sounds crazy but my whole family has and does it, it can be odd sometimes but that I do without even thinking its funny lol well ok for ex. Prissy (my cat) if I have some ice cream and I’ll take it in the living room and prissy has this thing where she can sense ice cream anywhere so she automatically goes to where she senses it. I’ll say something like “what you want my ice cream now??” and then I’ll talk for her and she’ll say “well DUH!! What did you think I came in here for to lick myself??!! GOSH!!!” lol she has her own personality seriously and this high pitched lil voice, in our house shes known as the stuck-up, spoiled, sweet, selfish, lil miss princess know it all ruler of the cat world she knows all lol some personality right? Lol cookie (my guinea pig) has his own personality too he’s the lazy, shy, outspoken lil fat pig that lays around all day long lol in this house a pet gets a name a personality, love, care, everything a good pet needs

I had a lovely talk this morning on the way to work about how I'd do nothing all day...why don't i realise im doing this! At least I only do it when no one else is around.

Haha my friend Jordan once asked a picture of Justin Timberlake if he wanted some tuna...and when he didn't answer she was like, fine, get your own, then! Of course she was by herself...she just told me about it.
