Season 3: I like too many in this season, so I couldn't choose.

Frankendoodle is actually Season 2, even though they aired it during Season 3.

Seeing that I've only seen the whole first season and select episodes from seasons two and three since I don't have cable and have to buy the DVDs to watch them, here are my favorites.

Season One: Opposite Day
Season Two: Wormy
Season Three: Plankton's Army

Season 1: Thus far Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost.
Season 2: Band Geeks, my all time favourite.
Season 3: Thus far Squilliam Returns, though Shanghaied and MM+BB 5 sound great too.
Season 4: Thus far none. SquidBob TentaclePants and Dunces and Dragons strike me as interesting.

Season 1: Culture Shock
Season 2: Band Geeks, Shanghaied, Dying For Pie, Imitation Krabs, Patty Hype, Artist Unknown...Yes its alot, but I cant decide. Those are my all time favs.
Season 3: I Had An Accident, The Camping Episode, Club Spongebob, My Pretty Seahorse, Wet Painters, New Student Starfish, Graveyard Shift, Chocolate With Nuts, Frankendoodle..Same thing as above.
Season 4: Where's Gary?
