yeah i was wondering what everyones opinion on this was. its super bowl sunday and i am looking most forward to the food and the parties

The game.  Obviously.

One of my pet peeves are people who watch the Super Bowl just for the halftime show or the commercials.  It's not like the halftime shows are anything special, anyway.  And why watch commercials you're going to see only 4725 times in the next few months?

It's all about the game. There would be no point of the Super Bowl without the game.

My favorite part is the commercials but I also watch it for the Patriots win :P

Um, no. They never show those commercials again. Most of them anyway. The good ones, at least.

Most of the good ones ARE repeated, because they're the ones that attract attention.  The boring ones are the ones that aren't repeated.

Well all the beer ones are funny. And they only show those for the Super Bowl. And the Coke ones are awesome. They don't show the same Coke commercials twice during the Super Bowl. They never have

It's about all of those choices, mainly the game. And it's 10 times better when your team is in it. and 100 times better when your team wins it.

Well, I remember seeing the beer commercials outside of the Super Bowl, so agree to disagree, I guess.  I still don't understand why anyone would watch the game *just* for the commercials... seems like a waste of time to me.

Eagles is my 3rd favorite team and T.O. is my 2nd favorite player. So I guess 5 times better for me. And soon to be 50!!
