It's a department, or "channel", of Nickelodeon that allows people to download cell phone wallpaper. It's not a full TV channel.

Ohhhhhhhhhh. Ok. I thought it was like a TV Channel on the TV that basiically was like a slideshow of different wallpapers :wacko: .
