Title: Spongebob Songs From Other Things?

Some Spongebob songs are for other things. For example, in MM&BBVI, when their climbing up the mountain, the music that plays is from Madden 06. Are these songs stolen or borrowed?

I seriously doubt they are "stolen," being that there would be hefty lawsuits accompanying them.

In the episodes "Krabs Vs. Plankton" and "Driven to Tears," the theme to "The People's Court" plays.  Would they have to get the copyright permission? (or whatever they call it.)  Probably not; "The People's Court" theme is so well known that if anything, it would give that particular show even more visibility, like advertisements.

These songs are used everywhere they are "library" music. Other shows that use this music are "Camp Lazlo", "Ren & Stimpy", & "My Gym Partner's A Monkey". By Library I mean  music that can be used everywhere, commercials also use the songs.
