I bought it yesterday, and finished it today, I'm so gutted it only took me 8 and a half hours to finish. It is a fantastically amazing game! LOADS better than Sunshine.
Though, obviously I still haven't got all 120 stars. Which I will be getting. Is it just me though who thinks you shouldn't be able to finish it without all 120 stars to start with? It just doesn't feel like I'll get anything worth it now I've actually finished it. I felt the same with Sunshing and 64.

i dont usually buy mario games, (but i did get supermario 64 when it came out), but i played some of sunshine at my friends house, and it seemed like crap. must not have played enough of it, i guess. super mario galaxy, from what i've seen, looks way better.

Yeah, you get to be Luigi. Super Luigi Galaxy. So far I got 93 stars.

i got all 120 stars a couple weeks ago and now im working with luigi. How stupid is this:
in the levels where luigi was in in Mario Galaxy, in luigi galaxy they don't replace luigi with another character...it's 2 luigis on the screen

Anway, Galaxy is AWESOME. Right now I'm still beating Zelda: Twilight Princess, but I've been watching Daniel play Galaxy. I can't wait till it's my turn.

I've only played this game once, and I didn't find it all that exciting, but then again it was in 2 player mood, and I was player 2, so all I did was collect stars.

Yes. Go for Sunshine. It's a great game. Much better controls, imo.

I liked Sunshine. Not as much as 64 and not as much as Galaxy, but I still loved it.

you know...despite all the good comments and everything,I have to say Im disappointed with galaxy.I thought 64 was much much better.
