Title: What movies have you seen recently?

I just watched The Pianist. It's incredible. Incredibly depressing, too.

Post by: SJP2.0 on December 21, 2007, 06:16:48 pm: I Am Legend was the last movie I saw. The movie itself was really good but the ending was TERRIBLE. It doesn't really take that much away from it but I mean, I could have come up with a better ending than the one that was in that movie.

starting off with the worst...
EPIC MOVIE: the worst movie ever. man, it was horrible. and with "meet the spartans" coming in january, only more of this is to come.
WILD HOGS: I really liked this one. The movie was cute and had a great cast.
ZODIAC: Pretty good. Really long, and some of the film was hard to follow, but great overall.
BLADES OF GLORY: Sigh, a guilty pleasure. I saw it with my girlfriend and i thought it was decent.
SPIDERMAN 3: I was the only one in my family who loved it. I really really enjoyed it, no matter what anyone says.
DELTA FARCE: Wow, wish I hadnt seen that.
SHREK THE THIRD (2x): Not as hilarious as the first one, and I saw it twice (once with my friends, and once with family). I thought it could have been better.
PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN: AT WORLD'S END: I liked it, but wayy too long and some of it was hard to follow.
FANTASTIC FOUR 2: Good enough.
EVAN ALMIGHTY: I really loved it.
TRANSFORMERS: Good, I liked it alot.
I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK AND LARRY: Well, wasnt near as bad as Delta Farce.
THE SIMPSONS MOVIE (3x): Being a big Simpsons fan......HECK YES!!! GREAT MOVIE!!!!!!!
SUPERBAD: Hilarious movie.
THE GAME PLAN: Alright. Thought it was a typical cute Disney flick.
BEE MOVIE: Hilarious, i loved it.
FRED CLAUS: Hmm, well, didnt like it.
BEOWULF: Really great.
I AM LEGEND: Ending was weird, but movie overall was good.
NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS (2x): Great movie IMO. I really enjoyed the Goofy short at the beginning. Whoever directed that did a great job.
AVPR: Pretty good.

Post by: SJP2.0 on December 31, 2007, 05:13:34 am: Saw National Treasure Book of Secrets 2 days ago...I really enjoyed it, just as good if not better than the first National Treasure.

I have tendency to enjoy most of the movies I see, I guess cause I pick out good movies to go see. The last movie I saw that I didn't like was probably Shrek The Third...they really tried too hard with that movie, not nearly as good as the classic first one or the absolutly hilarious second one.

I watched Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Clerks II. I actually enjoy them all...even Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back...it was just funny.

Dogma is by far my favorite though. Followed by Clerks II.
