Title: Strange Computer Errors

What's the strangest computer error you've ever come across?
Mine was a few years ago on a PC game. I put it in the system, and it came up with the message:

I remember getting these two at the USB lan party :P

Rubber Nipple Salesman was the name of a Ren and Stimpy episode (my fav), and i made an audio clip of a part of it :P
