If not that, I think it'd be pretty awesome to own a couple acres of land outside of my town or a busy town like Dallas. You'd get both the busy city life, plus your taxed would probably be a lot less.

I know!!! I hate it!! I loooove the summers, cuz I can stand the heat, but I hate the cold. Wow tho...in the winter of 98, it went from being uber cold to being mild...then we got the 'storm of the century' where I live; aka: the Ice Storm of 98. And schools were closed for two weeks. Roads were closed, power was gone from 3-9 days depending where uyou lived. Crazy. Which is why Brazil here I come!

you would want to live in sc then. i agree i would love to live some where with a cooler and more mild temperature. if i could go back up north that would be swell.
