Title: Jay Edgar Hoover.

Great man.  Head of the FBI for many a year.  He was good friends with Richard Milhouse Nixon.  He started the 10 most wanted list.  Alot of people try to say he was gay, a crossdresser or something.  But the media hated both Hoover and Nixon, so who can trust them(Bush Natl. Guard service)...

I wouldn't say he was the best head of the FBI ever, but he was a good one.
