No. Its a spray liquid. Its for car windows, but it works wonderfully on all glass stuff. Its even better than Windex.

STORY TIME!!
I used to use it, but I sprayed too much on one day and because my CRT screen was curved, it dripped down in my keyboard, so I called Dell. They send me a new one, but it was an upgrade from the original crap keyboard (sent me a MS Natural one...way easier for games)

I don't touch it, but when Spider-Boogie pokes at it, I use my camera lens cleaning cloth.
