lol, hi im not that new but i havn't posted anything in this sub-forum saying hi so i thought id do it. I've posted a bit in Bikini Bottom ummm and i don't know what else to say. Oh yeah, My birthdays in 6 years!!!!!!! i can't wait

No, the correct term is hired. Moderator is a job, and the most qualified person gets the job gets it. Just like all jobs, if you don't do your moderating responsibilities, you can get fired.

It doesn't matter whether you get paid or not. Your job right now is to do your best in school, you don't get paid to go to school though.
