Computers & Video Games / Better Late than Never
« on: April 06, 2011, 07:32:42 am »
Back when this was a prospering spongebob fanatic community, you had the game "SpongeBob Superpants" listed under the games section...

During my over ambitious pre-teen years, I had recreated the game so its beatable this time...

Now that I am older and wiser and understand some principles of hex hacking, i was able to get past that impassable point...and got to the last boss....

So old timers if they're still about shall understand what im talking about...

Mr Krabbs the final boss? The Mortal Combat music is played...thats it...

And the yields no results for the "publisher" the tittle music is played, and you step on plankton and a "OW" sound is emitted

Hello, Is anyone there?

Everything Else / Lessons in Jack Saftey.

So tonight, I was helping a friends mom check for brake damage on her Buick Skylark,  everything was going rather straight forward until my friends mom decides to sit in the car to put the car in neutral to rotate the front axle.  The car slips of the jack and BAM! The front axle (luckily) lands on the dirt.

Then the fiance' gets his measly little jack from his brand new Ford, and luckily we were able to get the wheel back on without sustaining damage to the axle.

The lesson is, dont sit in a car when its jacked up on questionable terrain, especially with a cheesy manual jack, and use a hydraulic jack when ever available

Computers & Video Games / Another Vista Runaway
« on: February 09, 2009, 07:43:50 pm »
Lets face it, Vista sucks...

And the people who use it...get a mac.

I just installed Xp pro on my friends HP pavilion dv6000.

Everything works except graphics, but for my friend its nothing big, the generic driver works rather well.

Computers & Video Games / Firefox 3 is OUT!
« on: June 27, 2008, 01:23:16 pm »

More eye candy, but it seems to be lighter than firefox 2.

Well that's what ive observed.

My dad fixed a gas weed eater thats been sitting in the shed for over 10 years.

New primer bulb on, new air filter, and new fuel lines.

It runs PERFECTLY! but when ever the engine is at idle speed for some time, the engine stalls.
