For some reason, my internet seems to going at 26k speed, I'm not sure what's wrong but I'm gonna find out soon and it's not just certain sites. Trillian and AIM are screwing up too.

I'm officaly off windowsblinds and onto StyleXP. StyleXP has stuff windowsblinds doesnt even have and plus you dont have to donwload, icon packer, login studio, desktopx, and objectbar to get it to fully look like another os like you did with stardock/windowsblinds.
