Explain what it is first, MSP. The topic name is too vague

>_< Unless you are referring to the laws of who owns what part of the oceans, and where the lines are and where can the Mexicans come down and steal Newfoundland's fisheries and oil mining. If you're talking about that...then it is politics.

I'm impressed. Not even Google can get me information that I can use to spark an argument about this policy.

It was the first thing on Google when I typed in Ocean Water Policy

What I find really funny is that MSP thinks this has NOTHING to do with politics, when this has everything to do with politics. Makes me worried for your country when he, and people like him, finally gets to vote.

Well this more than just non-political, it's old news as well.

Not really...this policy should be ever changing. Our ocean's are being polluted so badly, whales now have cancer.

I dunno. MSP might think it's the "right" thing to do.

MSP thinks this doesn't even have to do with politics...so really...I somehow, don't have respect for him on this matter. He doesn't know WHAT it is.

Some things are just controversial and they don't have anything to do with Politcs or Religion.

Yes, but this is a political issue. Bush is trying to get rid of this policy so he can drill oil in the ocean.
