hey i just got braces today and i have to have them for two years. is there anyone here who had, has, or is going to have them? a lot of my friends have them so i dont care. my braces are red and blue. yay!

i am suprised my family could afford two pairs of braces. one for me and one for my 12 year old sister that just got one month ago. maybe we will have to sell our computer for money. :dry:

Ah yes braces. Been there, done that. Aha.
I had braces for about 1 year and 7 months starting in 6th grade. I got them off in the beginning of July.

I got braces, they hurt when my ortho doctor tights them. But the colors are cool! I got black and silver what colors did u get?

Why would u want silver bands on silver brackets?

Unless ur brackets are gold, then i guess that's kinda cool.... or clear.

Yeah. My best friend has clear brackets w/ hot pink bands and my bf has gold ones  :happy:

yeah i have navy blue with dark red but i had lots of choices:
1. neon orange with hot pink-thats would look awesome.
2. lime green with dark green-just for st. patricks day.
3. light blue with dark blue-but thats what my sister has and i dont want to copy.
5. black and red- but then people would call me a usc fan and i hate them.
6. orange and black-halloween color.
7. blue and orange-but then people would call me a clemson fan and i hate them.
8. red and green-xmas colors.
9. hot pink and lime green-look good together.
yeah thats about it. anyone know how long it takes to get used to them??
