Here's how it goes: you guys need to determine who commited the crime, and how he/she did it. You are given the following information:
CRIME: Maple Valley Resident Marty Klouski was murdered last night in his home at approx. 9:37 P.M. It was a gun wound.
SUSPECT #1: Robert Smith
Statistics: 5' 4", 34 yr., 160 lbs.
Criminal History: Robbed private businesses twice.
Motive: Smith was constantly bullied in high school by Klouski, could have wanted revenge.
Alibi: "At the time of the murder, I was still working my shift at the mall."
SUSPECT #2: Jane Rack
Statistics: 5' 6", 31 yr., 140 lbs.
Criminal History: Was caught illegally manufacturing drugs.
Motive: Could have wanted revenge because Klouski never proposed to her.
Alibi: "I was at my home blocks away, reading."
SUSPECT #3: Charlie Wastap
Statistics: 5' 7", 38 yr., 210 lbs.
Criminal History: Under the infleunce of alchohol while driving numerous times.
Motive: Could have been under alchohol when he possibly committed the murder.
Alibi: "I was dining at the mall."
ADDITIONAL INFO: The mall is 20 blocks away from Klouski's home.
All suspects were known to be in possession of guns.
Klouski's door and windows were locked that night. These openings were very strong.
Wastap was dining at a restaurant that serves beer and wine, in which he consumed.
All suspects know each other and Klouski.
Smith does not work at the restaurant that Wastap was dining at.
With this information, all you can do is eliminate ONE suspect. After someone comes up with the right person and proper evidence, I will post more information that can be pieced with this info to determine the guilty person.
