On instant messengers I used a combination of my initials and birthday/graduation date.

Well, my one AIM name is Tylerlees14 which was a combination of my first and middle name, the initial in my last name, and the age I was when I registered it.

Nosmo60287 is a mix of a name in a book I liked, and my birthdate.

seandaffy - I don't know y i thought of this
daffy duck - cuz it's muh nickname
laffy daffy- daffy duck was already chosen  
playboybuddie- i was bein creative
spongebuddie- because i'm a spongebuddie
those are just the short reasons y i chose those names at other boards but i  don't think you'd want me to go on an on about....well you know what i mean

Grim33

I came up with PC33 because one of my really old username was Patrickcool,so I abbreviated it,and added 33,my lucky number.As for Grim33,the same thing for the 33,but I chose Grim cause I like Grim and Evil.
