I only think that colored scrool bars are annoying if you use all the same color. Then you cant find where the actual BAR is and it is very frustrating.

I like the gray bar because it matches the default theme of Internet Explorer, which is all grey.

Yea, I see that problem is happening with monitors at the resolution of 1280x1024.  I'm going to try to fix it...

nothing's wrong on my computer screen... except the edges are kinda curved in or something... and it's maximized

Yea, it only happens if your monitor is at 1280x1024.  Theres no problem at other resolutions.
