Firstly, i'd tie you down to a chair, and give you muscle relaxant so you couldnt move, then Burst both your eyeballs with a pin so you couldnt see anything, then using plyers, cut off the ends of all your fingers, then, with a VERY sharp knife, slice a gash into the back of your heels, wait about ten minutes for you to really feel all that pain, before stabbing the knife into your neck, hopefully slicing you're windpipe so you'd have all that lovely blood filling your lungs, and then wait till you drown in your own blood....

....im pretty sick really.
