Officers have more important jobs like catching terrorists, getting drug dealers, robbers, and finding bombs.  Not arresting a girl for eating a french fry.  That's even not a serious offense.

That's sad. The police are kind of crazy in DC though. You can get arrested and have your board taken away if you skate even near one park in DC. It costs like 100 dollars to get it back.
