I had this idea last night. What if someone made USB its very own Wikipedia? We could have seperate entries about each member, or even about things like the fads we've gone through or the different types of threads. Here's a few examples.
Threads of the Week:
-A weekly topic where we recognize topics at USB that were thought-provoking in some way, or just plain cool.
-Started by USB mods.
Sloganizer:
-A hip fad that Jackie-Boy started.
-Hated by many members, only weirdos kept them in their sigs.
-Featured a different slogan about the member every time you refreshed the page (ex. Jackie-Boy is better than sex!; Jesus loves Jackie-Boy. etc.)
Every single member would be able to edit certain entries and add things. There would be rules, of course - you cannot delete anything that anyone else has written. You can also not add anything that has been said before. You CAN add new facts, though. Also, when making or editing an entry about a member, there is to be NO flaming. Do not write anything bad about that member. Don't say "Jackie-Boy is a butthead!!!!!11lol" (even though some of you probably will want to). We want this thing to be friendly. If it's something that's true, though, like, for example, weird_4's plagiarism, then by all means, we should probably add it so that future members who read the 'pedia would know to watch out for him and make sure he doesn't copy them or something. But once again, no badmouthing.
In true Wikipedia form, we would be able to add pictures to the entries for certain members.
So what do you guys think? I like the idea, and if you guys are all for it, then we can get a member who knows something about websites to make it for us. I think it'd be really handy for future members who wanna know about this wonderfl, super-de-duper place.
