do any of you have it. I do, and it SUCKS, it's like you want to go to sleep but you can't. currently I haven't slept in a almost record 2 (three counting today) days. I feel like CRAP. I am not sure if i'll fall asleep tonight.

Insomnia-The inability to fall or stay asleep. Can be caused by worry, depression, pain, discomfort, fear, changes in sleep routine, certain medications, and caffeine.

I suggest melatonin as a medacation, It works best for me and it is 100% herbal, and is over the counter.

I feel like crap as I type this.

quetion sleep.

I will update this page

I've had it for the past 4 years. I know it all too well. I take sleeping medications for it now...

I feel bad for people that have severe cases of insomnia. They can't sleep for weeks. It's sad :-/

I don't necessarily have insomnia, but there's a lot of times where I'm just laying in bed where I can't fall asleep if my life's sake depended on it. I try and try and try and I just can't sleep. So maybe it's a minor, very minor, case of insomnia, but it's gone away for the most part in recent weeks.

I used to not be able to get to sleep for half an hour or so, but lately, since school has started, it's much easier for me to drift off.

I don't sleep a lot. I tend to drift off and looked dazed but am not asleep. I was supose to start taking medication to knock me out, but only the side effects seemed to be working.

Insomnia doesn't have to be constant...if he hasn't sleeped in three days and he TRIED to sleep, it's minor insomnia. >_<

I manage to sleep soundly for 8 hours a night.

If I drink caffine that day I cannot fall asleep though.
