What do you guys think about the Avian flu, apparently a town in Romainia somewhere has already ordered that residents stay in town. In my opinion, it might not ever hit us, because now that we know whats happening were killing chickens in that region that prolly have it, and were stopping people in that region from traveling so it doesn't happen, so it prolly won't come here that bad, I mean if it does it prolly will be minor.

well i hears about this and it's not the best thing to happen, but at least it's not here.  I hope the people there are alright though

Killing chickens and stopping people from leaving isn't good enough.
You must stop ANY shipment that leaves Romania, that means the trade in Romania would stop dead.
People would loose jobs.

I thought I heard that Romainia didn't have it. Whatever the case, it probably will get into the US somehow because other countries have it and ship stuff throughout the world. I think it's just a matter of time.

it might be serious ...i read this the other day....if the flu gains the changes it needs to spread easily from person to person, it would only be a matter of weeks until the flu spreads all over the world and can take up to 150 million lives

Go to Yahoo.com (or .co.uk) and read about this, scientists strongly beleive that the flu isn't mutating to humans.
I'm gonna beleive it, and try to forget about this.
