Topic: Lawyers Wife Murdered By 16 Year Old

Did anyone here about this, fricken sick. He carved a satanic symbol into her back, never have I heard of a more sick murder (besides terrorism of course). This is one of few cases where I would bend and support death penalty. Maybe somebody should carve the Christian cross on his @$$...actually, on second though, no, but that kid definitly needs to AT LEAST spend the rest of his life in jail.

If you kill a lawyer/judges wife/husband, thats some sort of offense that could get you in jail for life (I think). THis guy'll spend along time in there, but might get out alittle earlier 'cause he's alittle young.

He needs to be.  Anyone who murders someone knows what they're doing when they do it.  

He'll be thrown in prison for a while, but the death penalty probably won't be an option, seeing as he's under 18.  I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think anyone under 18 can be given the death penalty, even if they are tried as an adult.

i think life in prison will serve him better...in this case, death iz the easy way out.  i guarantee the foolz in the state pen will have a good time with hiz satanic a$$.

He'll have prision for life. Death penalty isnt an option because:

-He is under 18(I dont think you can be put to death under 18)
-Itwas only one murder. You have to have murdered 2+ people for death penalty(last time I checked)

Yea, the death penalty can't be given to minors.  I'm not so sure about the one murder part though.  I'm pretty sure there is no bottom limit on the number of murders for the death penalty to be applicable.

There isn't a limit.  You can be sentenced to death for one murder, though it's rare.

Why should any murder trial be different because there was a lawyer/judge murdered? Everyone is a person. Shouldnt be any different.

No it shouldn't, but the truth of the matter is that's how it goes.

Think about this: If he committed the crime in England, he would have gotten away with it.
He deserves the death penalty, but since he's young...lock him up until he's old enough for the death penalty. :p

Chances are...that's what WILL happen.  He'll be thrown in jail, and it'll take a couple of years for his case to come up to the court.

But I've seen far worse crimes committed...but noone could get the death penalty, I think England should get it back incase more of these specific types of crimes occur more than the petty theft crimes.
The good thing is, for now, he's in jail...you should be glad he was caught and will receive a punishment, our crime and punishment is rubbish!
