Andrea Yates the one who drowned her 5 children in the bathtub is getting a 2nd trial.. shes pleading insanity. The WHOLE FRIGGIN SECOND TRIAL IS INSANE TO ME. She deserves to die.

Wow.  She doesn't deserve a second chance.  The judicial system is flawed, though.  So she'll probably get by with it.

Argh, people shouldn't be aloud to plea insanity. A doctor should of claimed they were insane. A true insane person doesn't think they are insane. Goshh.... Im done rambling.

Anyways, I am not for using death as a punishment, but in this case I would suggest it.

an excuse? If they find she really is insane, she won't just be let off the hook. She needs to be put in a mental institution, not on death row.

like paige said, a real insane person isn't gonna say they're insane.  but that aside, itz stupid either way.  if she isn't insane and killed her kidz in a state of sanity, she really deservez to die...if she'z a wacked out lady whose mind iz twisted to the point that she would do that to her kidz for no reason wutz the point of wasting our tax dollarz to keep a derranged psychotic murderess woman alive?

it'z no excuse...and i personally dont believe that she'z insane.  she'z severely twisted, but no, i don't think she'z clinically insane.
