I saw that on "Earth To America" a little while back. Its hillarious! Its actually funnier then most of the new SpongeBob episodes! I loved the beggining song ("Im gonna go to the Krusty Krab, cooking up patties and blabbity bla!)!

Did therealy actors do the voices?

I don't know. Spongebob would get a bit of criticism for that becaus eof braindead critics who saw one frame that said "Drugs" and would say that Spongebob promotes drugs or whatnot.
