Topic: Spongbob Episode: SB-129

In episode "SB-129", after Squidward looks out the window and sees that everything is indeed chromed, he briefly speaks with the Spongetron (Spongebob) clones.  Squidward then lies on his back and repeats the word "future" multiple times while performing sit-ups.  Can anyone tell me if this is a reference to a scene in another movie?  Thanks!

I do not believe so. It was used as a clip in Spongebob BC, but that is part of the series. It seemed pretty random, as yorgyschmorgy said.

Yeah, except making it say 'Oh yeah, it had the same one about 4 years later, but it's still part of the series' the fact that it's 4 YEARS LATER is more important than mentioning the series.
