Who remembers the NES?
« on: March 18, 2006, 10:47:34 am »
I'm not sure if there's anyone around here who's old enough to remember the Nintendo Entertainment System, but I thought I'd make this topic just in case. I recently picked up an FC game console, which is basically an NES knockoff that actually works, unlike old, tired NES consoles that you can get at flea markets. I'm sure you all remember the Super Mario Bros. games and Tetris, but does anyone remember some other old NES games like Ghosts 'N Goblins and Gauntlet II, and more obscure gems like Clash at Demonhead and The Guardian Legend? I've had much fun with the NES over the years, and it's nice to revisit the old NES games once again.

Feel free to discuss the Nintendo Entertainment System and its games here.

Ohh, I remember back in the days when I would keep trying to get the game to work in the NES.  Good times...Gooooood times.

Red light blinking means the game isnt in there or you just need to blow on the game or in the NES.

It depends.

S/NES: Mario > Zelda.
N64/GCN: Zelda > Mario.
