the actual drawing is excellent; over par. As for the coloring, maybe lighter blues and darker brown for squidward, a lighter yellow and some green for spongebob and lighter colors for sandy. otherwise, well done!

... He was trying to help you.  He even complimented your usage of the grids.

Dont be insulted. I took the time out (30min - 1hr) to recolor your drawing and ever rotate it straight so you could have something to show off or something, not insult it. If thats what happens when I help people, fine, but at least I tried.
And seriouslly, it is good. Most artists use grids with photo works so that they have a grasp on prespective and at at what measure to draw each part of the original copy.

Wow.  If recoloring her art wasn't an insult to her, that sure was.  Besides, I think hers was better, because for yours, the outlining, especially on sponge's head, is off.  And Mr. Krabs' eyes.

garfieldgirl, it was really good.  The only recommendation I have is to take off Sandy's eyelashes, and put them on differently.  She looks to sweet, too much like a lady for that.

It was good garfieldgirl but seriously you shouldn't have said "blech" but he did try to help. Seriously that person didn't say "I was gonna do it better" he was just saying that he didn't like paint. How is it an insult? The "blech" bit is, but other than that, lets just stop arguing about something that shouldn't even be argued.

It's a good drawing though. 7/10 lol TI89 you're always giving advice to everyone, I reckon you need to make a topic named "adivce" or something.
