PS: Sorry if this is already a topic, if it was I didn't look too far back for it, so I assumed  it would be too old.

I wish people would quit whining about gas prices and do something about it.

The prices are triple in Europe what they are in the US so don't complain too much! Even though they are getting relatively higher and higher.

I do think gas prices are far too high, but I'm happy it still only costs me $30 to fill my car. XD

Hybrid cars are really expensive. About $4000 more then a equivalent regular car.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.

I'm a Thwomp---My door is too small.  I'm to big to get out of my own house.  I don't need to worry about gas.  But I could always do more gas and goes.

The government and state needs to get rid of any taxes on gas, or atleast lower them. In my state alone, taxes are ~$.75 its ridiculous.

Gas prices also wouldnt be so high if we can drill ANWAR, Gulf of Mexico, more of Texas, and Gulf of California. Also these stupid environmentalists wont let us build any refineries which is keeping gas prices ridiculously high.

Gas could easily be about $1.00-$1.75 if those two things alone were fixed.

Wouldn't it be better to just make the cars more effecient?

Making cars efficient doesnt lower gas prices. It just raises the amount of miles you can go on one gallon, prices will still be the same.

but you'll be able to use less gas to go farther.
