I'm surprised at U of Texas being so low. I'd put it at top 20.

They make their judgements on test scores and not necessarily other areas. I think it's pretty obvious that Harvard and Princeton overall make better test grades than University of South Carolina (109) or Clemson (78).

Yeah, when I first saw UK at the bottom, I was like "wtf will Roger thing?"

According to our president, we're already top 25.  And they're trying to get us into the top 20 in the next 2 or 3 years.
