Yes but the majority of things I use say made in China. So when you pick up a box of artificial rain from the grocery store or Wal-Mart, it will say Made In China regardless of which country's sweat shop kids produced it. China is a standard.

Although that sounds odd, that's what I was thinking too. It said in the article that they'd been studying how to do this for a while now, and I'm guessing that they have it near perfection. They'll be selling the ideas to people shortly.
