elly all you have to do is exercize like go biking or jogging or even just walking half an hour a day would work for about a month
lay off the junk & eat healthy
little amounts depending what you are eating helps too just keep that in mind
weigh yourself everyday and see what happens. weigh yourself 3 times a day for 2 weeks and add the results here, or email me. IMing me will help too.
Hopes this works. I've never tried it so I don't have a clue if it will work anyway. I will too and we can compare.
